We’re excited to welcome you! To help us provide the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our reservation and cancellation guidelines below. These policies ensure we can prepare properly, manage seating smoothly, and reduce the impact of last-minute changes.
Reservation Confirmation
Once your reservation is made, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or text. Please make sure your contact details are accurate so we can keep you updated.
Changing or Canceling a Reservation
We understand that plans sometimes change.
If you need to cancel or adjust your reservation, please let us know:
- Individual reservations: Up to 24 hours before your reserved time
- Groups of 6–10 guests: Up to 48 hours before
- Private dining or groups over 10: Up to 72 hours before
Cancellations made within these timeframes are always free.
Credit Card Holds
For busy times, weekends, large groups, or special events, we may require a credit card to hold your reservation. Your card is only charged if our cancellation or no-show policy applies.
Late Cancellations
If a reservation is canceled after the allowed notice period, a small fee may apply to help cover the cost of staffing and reserved tables.
Typical fees range from:
- $15–$25 per guest for standard reservations
- $30–$50 per guest for large groups
- Deposit forfeiture for private dining or special events
Any applied fee will be clearly noted during booking.
No-Show Policy
If we don’t hear from you and you haven’t arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation time, the reservation may be released to accommodate other guests. A no-show fee (similar to the late cancellation fee) may also apply.
We always encourage you to call if you’re running late — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Deposits for Special Events
Some holidays, prix-fixe menus, and private dining bookings may require a deposit.
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel within the required notice period.
Late Arrivals
We offer a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. After that time, we may need to release the table to keep service flowing smoothly. If you’re close by, just let us know — we’re happy to help when we can.
Refunds
Charges due to no-shows or late cancellations are generally non-refundable.
Food or service-related refunds are handled with care on a case-by-case basis by a manager.
Third-Party Reservations
If you booked through OpenTable, Resy, or another platform, please handle any changes or cancellations through the same service to ensure everything updates correctly.
Flexibility & Understanding
We know that unexpected situations happen. If you have an emergency or special circumstance, please reach out — our team will do their best to assist and apply flexibility when appropriate.
Policy Updates
These policies may be updated from time to time to help us maintain fair and consistent service. The most current version will always be available on our website.
